Meditation Music, Accessories, Guided Meditation CDs and Meditation Timer App
The image below is a link to one of today’s best, most convenient meditation timer app available. Click on it for more information and to get it for your phone or other mobile device. It is a great app because it tracks your meditations, provides guided meditation audio, offers a journal feature and allows you to connect with others who are meditating. Click on the image for more details or to download the app for your iPhone or Android.
Check out our links to listen to free meditation music as well. While these are great, for a very reasonable price, you might like the guided meditation CDs below.
There are links here to purchase HEMI-SYNC® guided meditation CDs on Amazon. If you are looking for meditation music, these are excellent. They contain a unique feature called HEMI-SYNC®. This uses different sounds in each ear to induce a balanced state. They are almost like meditation auto pilot if there was such a thing. These are included because they are excellent supplements to a regular meditation practice (we don’t recommend using these as your primary meditation tool). You may either download using iTunes® or order the Guided Meditation CDs on Amazon. Click the image for Amazon and the black button for iTunes. Please follow the instructions that come with the products and never listen while driving.
This amazing movie is about the director of Ace Ventura and the Nutty Professor. He explains how his entire life was turned upside down after an accident and the changes he made after his realization that he had been missing the point of life. While not directly a movie about meditation, the concepts translate well.
